The terms of producing of the items (since the day of receiving the money on our account):
- costumes production and delivery is being performed within 14 days after order payment
- costumes production and delivery is being performed within 20 days in pre- Christmas period,
the manufacturer has the right not to provide discounts, currently existing on the website. This condition is not applied on the readymade products.
In the case if products with different discount types are ordered, the discounts are not summarized, but the biggest discount existing on
1. Ready-made kinds of production (leotards, tights, skirts) – from several days to 3 weeks, depending on the volume of order.
2. Stage costumes – during 4-6 weeks.
3. Special orders – during 4-6 weeks.
4. The claims are considered during 2 weeks since day of receiving the order by customer.
5. We guarantee express delivery on the indicated address.
If You have an account at such postal services as DHL, FedEx, UPS, please let us know the number of Your account, and we will send You the parcel in a convenient and usual way for You.

We will consider different forms of collaboration.
The claims about the product return are accepted within 14 days since a customer received his order. The return isn’t executed in case of exceeding this term.
The return is possible in the following cases:
1. the product arrived dirty, torn in the result of mechanical damage of the package and in case if a recipient advances an official claim to the mail service;
2. the arrived product is wrong (the code of the product is a different from the code indicated in the form of the order);
3. in case of gross violation of a customer’s measurements (more than 5 cm), not counting the leaving a bit room for growth.
If one of the above points is confirmed, a customer can send the order back, and the manufacturer refund the whole value of the product or exchange by the new one (with the shipment compensation).
The information about orders or the personal data of the customers are private and not disclosed to the third parties without consent of a customer.
