Professional basic tutu with hoops - T 0001H

Ten pleated graded layers of stiff tulle – nine long and one short on tulle panties with an 8cm coquet attached to an elastic waist band.
Two crinoline hoops are imbedded in the middle layer with one additional frill on the edges. Upper layer is 38cm long. First two layers are 2cm shorter; each next layer is 5cm shorter than the last.
Tutu has seven pairs of hooks and loops on the back.
This tutu is a base for any professional stage or ballet tutu with décor.
