This child concert costume is made on the basis of a leotard and a tutu on hoops.
The leotard and the top layer of the skirt are decorated with patterns of appliques, sequins and rhinestones of various sizes.
The edge of the skirt and the arm ruffles are embellished with golden or silver trim.
The style of this tutu allows using it in different variations for different roles, for instance, for such fairy-tale characters as butterfly, fairy, and flower.
